Affordable Language Services, located in Cincinnati, OH, provides translation, interpretation and training in more than 150 languages. We have been in operation since 2000.

Our roots began in tutoring and interpretation in Spanish. Since then, we’ve become an industry leader in providing high quality, trained interpreters and translators. Our hallmark is our outstanding dedication to meeting our customers’ language needs, no matter how specialized they may be.

OUR INVESTMENT IN OUR STAFF
We at Affordable Language Services, Ltd. have re-invested our profits in the education of our interpreters. We provide legal and medical interpreter training courses. Hundreds of our interpreters have completed an internationally recognized course for medical interpreting as well as formal legal interpreting education.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Affordable Language Services interpreters sign a confidentiality agreement, and an agreement to abide by the National Association of Judiciary Interpreter’s Code of Ethics (NAJIT) and the Medical Interpreter’s National Code of Ethics.

BRIDGING THE GAP
Affordable Language Services was also instrumental in bringing the “Bridging the Gap” program to the Cincinnati region, as there was no real training in the area for basic Interpreter Education. As a result, Affordable Language Services began hosting and making arrangements for Bridging the Gap Interpreter Training to come to Cincinnati in 2004. Having well over 300 graduates of this class, much improvement has been made in interpretation quality in the local region.
